Marcia is a professional trainer, facilitator, and Certified  Professional Co-Active Coach. She earned her Master's Degree in Human Development from Saint Mary's  University, and works as the Organizational Development Specialist at CentraCare Health.

Marcia is a woman of  faith - her relationship with God is her first priority. The  foundation of her life is the Word of God. Marcia has two adult children who live and work in Seattle, WA. She is married to Bruce and they live in Becker  Minnesota with their sheepdog, Shep. 

Marcia is passionate about guiding women to discover their strengths and live on purpose.
